New vision and a new approach to audiences

Wakehurst, sister site to Kew Gardens, needed a clear strategy for visitors that fulfilled their vision and celebrated their new values-driven positioning of being a ‘Living Laboratory’ . Using market analysis and unpicking existing data, we produce an audience development plan, co-curated with staff, that focused on visitor growth, reach and access – tapping into their new core values.

The project had such a positive impact that we are back on-site talking about the next phase of visitor and membership growth and development.
