Founder, Sarah Chambers, has worked in the Cultural sector for over 26 years.

With a career that started working front of house at the Swansea Grand theatre, Sarah has lead communications teams for some of the largest National institutions, including the RSC, British Film Institute, National Gallery and National Theatre - where she was Director of Marketing and Head of Audience Strategy for 7 years.

She has been lucky enough to have worked on some of the most recognisable campaigns, brands and initiatives in the industry. (including launching NT’s Travelex £10 tickets initiative and the first NT LIVE broadcast; supporting strategy development for the first-ever National Gallery membership and brand building for the bfi’s London Film Festival.).

Sarah held the post of Chief Business Development Officer at the Audience Agency until 2019, connecting UK arts organisations with best practise research, data insight and audience strategy.

Running Sarah Chambers Consulting full-time since 2019, she has an ever-growing list of national clients. Her focus is on providing strategic, audience focussed recommendations that draw on her breadth of experience.
