A changing area meant a new outlook
With such huge changes in the Kings Cross area, this Arts Centre wanted to shift its approach to audiences and reflect those who were right outside their doors. With the help of new research, focus groups, workshops, and detailed activity planning sessions, we revised a whole host of audience-focused activities, even down to changing the way meetings were run.
We were delighted to be asked back by the team to refresh the plan post-pandemic.
